Yamaha R-V vs. RX-V

What's the difference between the Yamaha R-V models and the RX-V models? Are the RX-V models better quality? I'm interested in the R-V1103 because it has the most power (100 W for each of the 5 channels) in both the RX-V and R-V models excluding the RX-V20**. Is the R-V1103 a good receiver or should I consider one of the RX-V models?
