50ES Owners please read. Fan Assy and Specs

If you own a 50ES I would like your comments and thoughts on the following.

Check the Canada and US Sony sites and the information provided on the 50 ES.

Just different marketing or different units.

Yesterday I had a minor on/off sequence problem, operator malfunction, and I got a PROTECTOR (FAN ASSY) indicated on front panel....... So is this the fan thats called out in the Canada info sheet and not mentioned in the US information. I can't see a fan or fee any air being moved. How about you.


Is there more detailed information on the 50ES and its possible error codes and messages etc.

What error messages have you seen or other error messages an Owner could see in the future...

Other than remote visibility problems, I feel is a good unit..

SONY 50ES owners input please. Plus anyother thoughts or feedback.
