Suggestions for a DD/DTS processor (NOT receiver)?

Can anyone suggest a brand/model of surround sound processor (not a receiver please) that includes at least DD and DTS decoding capabilities? The Lexicon is a little too pricey for my budget but any recommendations for lower price/higher value would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
