Denon AVR-2400/Technics AC-500D vs. Yamaha RX-V795

Which would be better? A Denon AVR-2400 receiver with a Technics DD/DTS decoder, or an all-in-one thing with the Yamaha RX-V795? I've heard that Denon is superior to Yamaha in build quality and performance with amps, but people stand by Yamaha and its vast amount of time spent with things like DSP modes. I don't know how good a Denon-Technics package would be, but do you think I'd like it? Despite it having only Pro-Logic, the 2400 has features found on the 2700 and 3200, inputs and outputs being almost exactly the same on the three preceding models. Speaking of the 2400's back panel, it also has binding posts for ALL speakers.

Well, please give me your views!
