Purchased a HK AVR80II about a year ago. It basically arrived DOA, and I called One Call To arrange a return. Had no problems, and actually exchanged for an AVR85. All credit card billings and credits happened in a timely fashion, with no unpleasant surprises. A good mail order firm to do business with.

If you're worried about doing business over the internet, why not just call and place your order?
