I have been buying from Crutchfield for years and really like them a lot, but they didn't have the HK AVR65 that I wanted, so I contacted HK to find out who is an authorized dealer on the web for HK and they stated that One Call was. Their service was excellent. Very friendly and informed. I received the doubleboxed and Unmarked (no HK symbols all over that people might be tempted to take it for) shipment in 2 days after purchase via fed ex at a phenomenal price. If you want to buy an HK, do NOT buy it from any other web-based company - you will NOT get the 2 year factory warranty if you order from some other web-based company than One Call.
