Sony STR-DA50ES Availability

Using Mozilla/4.5 [en] (X11; I; Linux 2.0.34 i686):

I've been told that this receiver is out of stock in the US because of changes that Sony is making to it to rectify problems with the remote and hum at low volumes.

Has anyone received a new version. If so has the model number changed to differentiate it from the old model.
