What you need is the Yamaha APD-1 RF Demodulator. It will connect from the cbox RF output to either the coax or optical input of your reciever. I have this between my laserdisc player and my JVC reciever (RX-1024). This will work fine for any RF DD source.

Let me know if you have any more questions. The Yamaha unit costs around $100.
