B&K AVR 202 vs. Reference 20

Using Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 4.01; Windows 95):

Are the B&K avr 202 and the Reference 20 the exact same unit, except the ref 20 has no amp? Are the electronics the same? Is there a reason to go for one or the other if I mate the Ref 20 with a B&K amp? HELP ME DECIDE FAST! I want to buy one of these units. Thanks
