Component video is one thing that I am rather curious about; Theta has it listed as a future option for Casa Nova (!?). I must admit, that it would be an impressive engineering feat to pull THAT off! I wonder if they will need to add a break-out box for it, or some special connectors, or whether they won't be able to do it at all. I guess we'll see.

Some companies claim that it costs them too much to work directly with their customers. It seems to me that the PR benefits, since they will make for repeat customers combined with the addition of new customers as a result of word-of-mouth would outweigh the costs.

My dealer doesn't like Lexicon either. Of course, he also thinks Lexicon processors sound terrible, which I also don't agree with. Since he wouldn't give me any sort of trade-in for my Lex, I ordered my Casa Nova from a different dealer (who gave me a very good trade-in for my Lex, but who has worse customer service).

I have had no complaints about my Lexicon DC-1. I'm trading it in for other reasons (mainly for the less expensive upgrade paths).

I'm not the one that you need to convince, though. I know Revel by reputation only, but I like Levinson and Proceed and Lexicon (when I decided that it was time to get a new AV preamp, there were only 2 choices on my list: Lexicon and Theta). Then again, that same dealer detests Adcom, NAD, and Rotel. Go figure.
