Good mini-review, and good points.

I did listen to a Meridian processor once (the 565, I think was the model number?) and I was pretty pleased with it. Their speakers were pretty nice, too (the 3-way digitals, with analog rear). Their music modes were certainly impressive. I do, however, wish that I had been able to get my hands on some Ambisonics encoded software to try out on it. Ambisonics is supposedly one of the highest-fidelity surround formats around.

You can add the Casa Nova to the 'card-based' list :)
