Denon AVR-3200 set up question

I suggest you double-check your VCR1 connections from the VCR - it's entirely possible you got the RIGHT CHANNEL "connected elsewhere" or you have a flaky cable. I remember having a similar problem. Turns out I connected one of the VCR's INPUT jacks to the receiver instead of the OUTPUT jack. Assuming you followed the User Manual's instructions "to the letter", the above suggestions are all I can think of. To "double-check", try connecting ANOTHER SOURCE (i.e. CD, stereo TV audio) to the VCR1 input and see if the ProLogic mode works. If it does, then "it's a lock" you 1) mis-connected the VCR, 2) you have a bum interconnect or 3) your VCR somehow "got hosed" (re-check the AUDIO settings - make sure it's not outputting LINEAR MONO audio). Good luck! :) Ken
