How to make S-VHS cable?

You could either use two RG58(50 Ohm) or better RG223(50 Ohm) but not RG59(75 Ohm) and tie the shields together and run the luma and chroma on the seperate center conductors. Or you could use a multiwire cable with two individually shielded wires one for the chroma and one for the luma and tie the two shields together. Regular SVHS cables have two unshielded conductors with a single outer shield.
