I know this is a late post, but what the heck. Go for the Para, unquestionably! I did all the analysis between the 2205a and the 1505 and what struck me the most was the high current pushed out of the Para, the separate power supplies for each channel, the LOW distortion. Home Theatre Mag gave it a 93/100 review in the OCT 98 issue. I love the sound and phenomenally clean power. Hope this helps. Chris
