The 2095 has a well-thought-out two room system. The DSP-A1 I would expect to be much cleaner for 2-channel audio. If you're a music fan, pick the A1, if you're a HT nut and you need dual rooms, go with the 2095. If you don't need the second room, go with a 995 and save some bucks. (Note that the 995 is only 5.1 channels, whereas the A1 and the 2095 add front effects channels.)(You'll notice I didn't mention the Sony. That comes from the old saying, "If you can't say anything nice, ...")
