Marantz,Rotel,NAK or Yamaha Receiver?

Using Mozilla/4.5 [en]C-CCK-MCD (Win95; U):

Finally time to replace my 23 yr old Yamaha receiver and ADS speakers. Any thoughts on these choices:

Marantz SR-780 (best remote?)
Nakimichi AV-10 (low on features?)
Rotel RSX-965 (Quality problems?)
Yamaha 995

Same Question for speakers
NHT Super Zeros, center, sub
Tannoy Mercury M3 ,M1 mC,PS110 sub
B&W 602, 601, Center, Sub

Main use is HT, with some casual audio.
