A processor/amplifier dilemma - Help, please!

Using Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 4.01; Windows 98):

Since I am using a high-end vacuum tube amplifier in my home system, some years before I decided to buy an external Dolby Pro-Logic processor which contains only 3 channel amplifier (rear L, rear R and centre channels) (Kenwood SS-3300) and 2 line outputs (main L and main R - driven through my main amp). Now that I bought a DVD player, I would like to switch to Dolby Digital and DTS ready system, but - as before - I do not want to sacrifice my wonderful custom-made tube amp. Could anybody give me an advice if there is any Dolby Digital external processor/amplifier on the market, that is easy to fit into stereo home sound system? Thank you very much! :-)
