Check out Vantas (vantas.com), they have 2 units that should suit your needs quite well,and also just got rave reviews in a home theater magazine. They do DD decoding and have internal 3ch amps. However no DTS. I'm not aware of one with dts.
You could as an alternative, purchase
an outboard DD/DTS decoder and a separate 3ch amp. Technics SH-500 unit does DD/DTS and is available
online for $269-$299. Spend the rest
of the $$$ on a decent 3ch amp. Hope tht helps.
