Yamaha RV905 vs the RX795/995

Using Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 5.0; Windows 98):

Outside of the fact that the RX series features both Dolby Digital, and DTS, are there any other differnces(other than wattage , and the fact the RX may not be covered under warranty if bought mail order).. Am looking at buying the receiver to power my surround system(buying the Polk 6500's .. ) Thanks..
