DD & DTS Receivers by Yamaha, Onkyo & Sony

Using Mozilla/4.05 [en] (Win95; U):

I'm ready to trash my 6 year pro-logic receiver and move into Dolby Digital and DTS.

I was looking at the Yamaha RXV-795 (aka R-V1105) which I have heard very good things about. But then I saw the posting on this forum on the new Onkyo TX-DS575 which seems to have very similar features and a relatively good Onkyo reputation behind it (it is also has a suggested retail price significantly lower than the Yamaha). I'm more interested in the sound quality than bells and whistles. The system will be used for about 50% music and 50% HT.

I know that the TX-DS575 is a very new model and an update of the TX-DS555. Any opinions on the older model or Onkyo products at this level?

Finally, I was not even considering Sony until I ready a very positive review of the Sony STR-DB925 (which I am assuming is another name for their STR-DE925 that they sell in the U.S.) at http://www.homecinemachoice.com/tried&tested/Receivers/index.html. The main drawback is that it does not have the 5.1 line level inputs. Has anyone auditioned this unit or heard similar/contrary opinions?

I can pay the $800 for the Yamaha, but I don't want to pay for name recognition alone.
