I had a respond on another forum. The person posted as Bruce, the Yamaha rep. His e-mail addr. was there also. It could have been a phony, but most likely was the real Bruce. He stated the RX-V795 was being updated to the new RX-V795A. It will add a S-video to the DVD input and add binding posts to the center and surround speaker outputs. The MSRP has also dropped to $699. He stated though, the R-V1105 will still be current. I guess that means no revision for the superstore clone. Crutchfield has dropped their price to $699. I can assure you that there is no RX-V695 or 895. The RX-V795 has been sold out. It will be replaced shortly with the RX-V795a. It will have an S video connection for the DVD/LD input, and multi way binding posts for all speaker terminals. MSRP will be $699.00. The R-V1105 is still going to be a current model.
