Alan,
I know for sure that my speakers are 8 ohms. (I have 2 Definitive Technology BP2002, C/L/R BP2000, 2 BPX) I'm not sure that it happens only in stereo mode or not because I never turn up the volume to 12:00 when watch movie. It happens when I play CD in stereo mode (even B chanel zone) and crank it up a little over 12:00. Do you think it could be outlet circuit? I'm thinking about to buy a conditioner/surge protection, will it might help? Or I need to buy a power amp to get rid of this problem? (It's killing me!;-)
Thanks a lot for your suggestion, Alan.
Jim
