Help! Denon AVR - 3200 Lost it's Brain

Using Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 5.0; Windows NT; DigExt):

I have an AVR-3200. Just this weekend it seems to have lost it's brain. It wont show me passed the first screen of the system setup. It will go to the first screen, then blank out after that. It continues to step through the menu (I think) but nothing on the screen. I have tried the system reset described in the manual but it doesn't seem to do any good.

Everything else seems to work, it amplifies and switches inputs fine...just no programming. (I guess the Dolby Pro-logic is still working, I have not way to check!)

Any help on this would be much appreciated!
