Carver 705 amp for Paradigm Studio 20's trade?

Using Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 5.0; Windows 98):

Would I be getting a fair deal if I were to trade a one month old Carver705 5x125 THX amp for a pair of Paradigm Studio 20's (used in A-1 condition)? The amp is great but I've no need for so much power. A better set of speakers for my HK75 would be nice. My Cambridge Sounworks 5.1 system is fine for theater but is not musical enough. Some thoughtfull opinions would be deeply appreciated. Thanks, Charlie K.
