Kenwood VR209 vs. Pioneer VSXD608

Using Mozilla/4.61 [en] (WinNT; I):

I'm considering a DD/DTS built-in receiver under $400. Kenwood VR209 and Pioneer VSXD608 came out of a list of promising candidates but got in a deadlock in my limited knowledge of digital receivers. Could someone having expertise or experience on these 2 models give my some hints to choose? Thanks
