I'm looking at the AVR-5700 too, but it only has five channels of amplification. DVD-audio will require six channels, so I won't spend $2000 on something that will be somewhat obsolete in less than a year (supposedly).

I posted a question about this, so check it out and see if anyone has suggestions for us.
