better internal circuitry (high current amp, less harmonic distortion, better chassis, better circuit decoders)) better specs according to www.onecall.com (it is a NEW model according to onecall.com)
it will be a go between from the de935 and the ES series. for the 75 bucks difference (407 for strde935 and 475 for db930) i would say go for it.
