Yes you are right - the JBL Synthesis uses a Lexicon DC-1 chassis, soon to be the DC-2 chassis and I guess that Lexicon Inc is also licensing the L7 technology around the HK group. I would be very surprised however if we saw the widespread mix and match chassis/electronics scenario that you are thinking about. It would destroy the value of the markets where each unit currently plays and probably turn off the dedicated Lexicon and Proceed fans among us, where the brand loyalty is very strong.
