JBL SYHTHESIS

Using Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 5.0; Windows 95):

I've come across the new JBL SYNTHESIS processor.It looks an awful lot like a Lexicon MC1 or DC2 with a JBL badge. It even has Logic7. Whats the scoop? Anyone see it in person? What about price?
