Sony STR-DA333ES vs STR-DE935

Using Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 5.0; Windows NT; DigExt):

This salesman keeps insisting that the STR-DA333ES (with only 80Wx5 and a much higher price) is far better deal than the STR-DE935 (which has 110Wx5).
Only real difference I can see is the 5 year vs 1,2(?) year warranty.
Any suggestions? (Could the Yamaha RX-V995 or other be better choice?)
