Denon 3300 set up menu

Using Mozilla/4.08 [en] (Win16; U):

This may be a dumb question, but here goes: I have component video cable from my Denon 3300 to my Sony XBR250 TV. For some reason, the on screen set up display on the Denon will not run through the component video cable to the TV. I am required to hook up separate RCA cords to get the display to work everytime I want to make an adjustment. How can I set up my system so that I can have component video quality and still get the on screen display to come up? Thanks for the guidance.
