Best HT Receiver for under $500

Using Mozilla/4.7 [en] (Win95; I):

I am just purchasing a Toshiba 3109 DVD player and would like to get the receiver at the same time. Does anyone have recommendations for home theater receivers in this price range?? Was looking at the Yamaha HTR-5150A/RX-V595A is this a decent receiver for the cost?
