Comments On JVC RX-884

Using Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 4.01; Windows 98):

First I am not an audiophile and second I have limited funds for HT.

I am thinking about getting a new JCV RX-884 which seems to have the best features within my budet >$300

I am aware that some early versions of this receiver had a hum in the rear's and suffered from overheating. I am also aware that many of these problems were attributed to incorrect set-ups (speaker settings).

If you own one of these receivers are you having any current problems with it? Given its price are you satisfied with it?
