need help with dolby digital decoder

Using Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 4.01; Windows 95):

I am looking for a dolby digital decoder to go along with my Rotel RSP 980 preamp and RB 985 amp. The system is THX and dolby digital upgradable.

I don't want to spend a mint and have seen processors from Denon, Marantz, Yamaha, Sony and Technics (seems to good to be true)for reasonable price (under $300) on the internet. What do people recommend?
