H/K AVR-85 & Paradigm Monitor 3's

Using Mozilla/4.5 [en] (WinNT; I):

I am in the market for a basic home theatre set-up with the potential to later be enhanced and satisfy me for the next 10 years. So far, I have narrowed down the search to a Harman/Kardon AVR-85 receiver, a Sony DVP-S7700 DVD player, matched up with Paradigm Monitor 3 left/right fronts and a Paradigm CC-350 center channel. My older Sony TV (no S-Video) will probably need to be replaced very soon too.

Does any one have any feedback on known problems with these components, or with suggestions on alternative components?
