$3000 Processor?

Using Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 4.01; Windows 95):

I am building a house and have a theater to build, I move in about 5 months. I want some advice on the processors in the $3000 range. I will ultimately go and listen to each one but, which ones should I listen to. There are feature about all of them I like. Could someone give a feature breakdown and sound quality (great, good, bad) for the following or additional recomendation:

Acurus ACT 3 (price) $1800
B&K Ref 20 (inputs) $2500
Sunfire (component I/O) $3000
Golden Theater (24/96) $2000
Parasound AV2500(I know it is not but yet, but features?) $~3200

I would like at least 3 S-Video inputs, 3 or 4 digital inputs, 5/12V outputs, tuner (or a cheap add-on).

This will be mainly for movies.
