used tuners

Using Mozilla/4.08 [en] (Win98; U ;Nav):

this ain't the right place to ask, but there was no reply in forum7. so i'd like to buy a used tuner(220V european compatible) but there aren't many in my country, so if there's any place on the net, where i could get one, please let me know. i don't know which brand to prefer either. thanks for any possible help.
