Omer, I just received my Millennium 2.4.6 on Friday 2/26. I paid $300 delivered. I have yet to hook it up so I can't comment on it's sound. The Technics has both DD and DTS, so if you only have a Digital ready rec. with 6 channel inputs, the T. is more versatile. I have seen both and the build quality on the M. is rugged and exudes quality. However... There is an issue with this unit and a rec.'s digital volume control not working. One has to use the gain con- trol on the 2.4.6 to adjust the sound level. I can live with this. All things being equal, I would bet that the M. sounds better generally in DTS, than does the Technics, but this is only an educated guess at the moment. Email me if you have anymore questions. Chris
