It is amazing how effective advertising is on people. Harman Kardon markets their amps as "High Current" and people believe it.

"High Current Amp" = marketing

Every amplifier has its last output stage as a current gain with unity voltage gain. P = V*I
The preamp stages amplify the AC voltage enough to drive the power stage and also have circuits integrated to keep out DV voltage. The last stage is current followed by feedback in most cases.

If an amp has a large power supply with plenty of reserves this will be obvious by its size (unless it is class D amp), damping factor and power supply capacitance.

Bottom line, Harman KArdon underates their amps so they can deliver more power than claimed to market them as "high current".

While the PA5800 is a decent amp, it is in no way any "higher current" than an amp from other brands with similar specs.

check power ratings for fullbandwidth ratings at 8 ohms with all channels driven, not if an amps says "high current"
