Panasonic A110 (or A120). can be had for around $380 retail.

I have one, am very happy with it (aside from the CRAPPY remote!), and have no problems recommending it. :)

I suggest looking at the A120 review over at the main SMR site (www.smr-home-theatre.org - "What's New" section).
