DTS DVD Born on the 4th of July Problem

Yes I noticed that too. The transfer is not as good as the other DTS releases. I think the reason is that it is an old transfer, whereas the other DTS discs used newer transfers (you can tell because all the others are anamorphic, B4J is not). What you noticed sound like typical NTSC video artefacts and I suspect that an older composite video transfer (same one as for LD) was used, rather than remaster for DVD.
