DTS DVD

I'll be upfront, I don't care for DTS's sound or their way of business. They have never stuck to what they've said. The release dates were all wrong. Now you say they changed the codecs. What kind of garage company is this?!? In my opinion, one to stay away from! I recently bought the Eagles DTS DVD, because it's the Eagles and not DTS. The DTS soundtrack sounds so aweful with the dynamics and bass lacking, I just listen to the stereo tracks. I think when they're screwing around with the codecs after companies PAID to be licenced, ould be costly for them. If I was a decoder manufactorer and they changed their codecs after I was licenced to manufactor their "ORIGINAL" codecs, I would SUE! I wish they (dts) would just go away and never to be heard from again. Sorry for the confused text above, this forum software once again is in conflict with my Explorer 4.0. Sorry to sound so harsh about DTS, but what good have they done? NONE, in my opinion. The sound is no better than DD, it's more space consuming, and now they don't even know how to lay tracks with a compatable codec. Get real, they have caused enough consumer confusion,as DIVX has. Now there are problems caused FROM THEIR faults. Time to say goodbye dts. Of course, this is all my very biased opinion on the dts debate and problem.
