You shouldn't be concerned with spammers finding out your e-mail adress from the forum pages. I am not sure of the technicalities but the forum scripts are written in such a way as to prevent address seeking programs from finding out posters' addresses. As an example, since I have been using my SMR SysOp account for posting (I think about 6 months now) I have only had one piece of spam at that address.

Alternatively, I know that several posters have set up Hotmail or Yahoo mail accounts to use for posting purposes to keep their main address private.
