Any Dolby Digital 5.1 music CD?

No there is not and there is not likely to be either.

In fact the "DTS CDs" are not really CDs properly so called. To use the CD name and logo a disc must comply with the CD Red Book standards which specify only one form of digital audio - 16/44.1 PCM and nothing else. DTS audio discs do not comply with this standard, so should not be called CDs.

The reason why we will not see DD5.1 audio discs is that the future of music on disc lies with DVD-Audio (once the format wars with Sony/Philips SACD have been resolved), which will allow for multichannel digital audio.
