"Matrix" mastering problem?

I just finished watching the "MATRIX". The actual movie was excellent in every way. What concerns me is that the opening WB studio's logo. The one after you select to play the movie. The greens in the buildings and lettering are flickering very badly. This can also be seen on the behind the scenes with the green room. Everything that is green is flicking very, very bad. Like I said earlier, the actual movie is fine, no flickering. Is this a DVD mastering flaw or is this the movie itself? Is this also found on the movie at the professional theater, and the VHS(when out)?

O.K., I went through all my Warner Brother movie and the buildings and WB logo are in gold. This movie's logo is "GREEN", as I said, and directly afterwards is the screen from Village Roadshow Pictures, which is also green and flickering. Is this supposed to be ARTsy, but really is nothing but confusing and irriting.

I have never seen any flickering on this player, from any movie. This is the first, and I suspect the DVD mastering. I guess I'm expecting to take this back to CC and have it replaced with a nondefective pressing. BTW, CC has it for $20, couldn't pass on that.
