Titanic DVD not 5.1 DD Why ???

Using Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 5.0; Windows NT; DigExt):

I got a copy of Titanic in DVD the other day. When I played it I was surprised to see the indicator on my processor shows it's in pro logic format . Both pro logic and DD lights are lit up.
Does anybody have any idea ??
