You are indeed correct, MSB do offer such an upgrade. Their DD and DTS upgrades have received good reviews. I also own their Link DAC which has to be the best VFM 24/96 DAC available.

But their upgrade will only get you part of the way. The receiving device must be capable of processing a 24/96 digital input and not many are at the moment. Most of the so called 24/96 internal DACs around don't even approach 24/96 performance.
