Matrix/Samsung DVD Players

Using Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 5.0; MSN 2.5; Windows 95):

I have seen several Usenet postings to the effect that Samsung has admitted that problems that their players are experiencing with The Matrix are indeed player problems, requiring a firmware upgrade. User experiencing problems on Samsung players should contact their Samsung service center.

This may also be useful ammunition for owners of other makes of player who are experiencing similar problems.
