"Matrix" mastering problem?

The flickering green WB logo at the beginning of the DVD is exactly the same as how the logo was shown in theatres. The green flickering logo is an artistic rendering of the traditional WB logo.

The flickering in the green room scenes from the red pill menu were not evident on my system or DVD. That flickering could, IMHO, be indicative of a problem your system has displaying large fields of intense green. I'd check out your DVD on other systems before blaming the DVD.
