Thanks for the feedback. After doing a little more research on the web I found some other folks with the exact same problems. I'll have to give tech support a call. Hope they have different folks (and system) doing tech support for DVD players than they have for laptops. The computer support is horrendous, both in what it takes to access and the quality of the people on the phones.
